QUALITY POLICY

  • The Management assumes first-hand responsibility for Quality Management in the Company and, in order to provide services that fully satisfy the needs of its clients with maximum efficiency, sets out the following Quality Policy on which the Quality Management System is based, and which will be periodically reviewed through the System Review by Management:
    • Apply, in the analytical determinations carried out, strict criteria regarding the taking and conservation of samples, application of analytical protocols and validation and issuance of reports, so that the results obtained are fully guaranteed and allow us to:
      • Achieve the full and continued satisfaction of all our clients.
      • Meet their expectations and requirements, as well as comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
      • Always use the most appropriate techniques, materials and equipment for each analytical determination, guaranteeing at all times that they are updated and disclosed to laboratory personnel.
      • Guarantee the reliability of the results by applying the established validation processes.
      • Guarantee the confidentiality of the data provided by clients, as well as those obtained from the analyses commissioned by them.
      • Provide support to our clients, guiding them in the interpretation of results and the selection of the most appropriate analytical techniques in each case.
      • Continuously improve, taking advantage of the company’s human and technical resources, for adequate management, competitiveness, internal communication and effectiveness of the LAB LABORATORIS quality system and its processes.
